Full dessert spreads for weddings, showers, and other events — designed and priced around your guest count, theme, and selection.

Dessert Tables/Events

Dessert Tables

  • Two-Dessert Package$10 per guest

    30-guest minimum.

Includes:

  • Two standard dessert pieces per guest

  • Seasonal fruit

  • Up to four dessert varieties

  • Use of standard serving stands and trays

  • Basic arrangement of the desserts and fruit

Standard dessert selections may include mini cannoli, mini tarts, cheesecake bites, mini carrot cake bites, chocolate mousse cups, standard cake pops, cream puffs, cupcakes, mini cupcakes, and 3 oz dessert shooters. Dessert shooters may be selected in multiple flavors, with a minimum quantity required per flavor.

Delivery

  • Beyond 10 miles+$2 per additional mile

Setup

Setup fees are based on the guest count and size of the display.

  • 30–59 guests$75
  • 60–99 guests$100
  • 100–149 guests$150
  • 150–199 guests$225
  • 200+ guestsstarting at $275

Setup includes unloading display pieces, assembling and arranging stands and trays, placing desserts and fruit, and completing the final presentation before the event.

Pricing assumes standard venue access and one main dessert-table area. Multiple display areas, difficult venue access, significant wait time, or highly detailed installations may require an additional fee discussed before booking.

Breakdown and Stand Pickup

  • Within 10 miles$50
  • Beyond 10 miles+$2 per additional mile

Breakdown includes returning after the event, clearing the display, and collecting The Pastry Club's stands and trays.

When breakdown service is not selected, all stands and trays must be returned clean and undamaged by the agreed-upon date.

Stand Deposit

A $100 refundable deposit may be required when stands and trays are left at the venue. The deposit is returned after all pieces are received clean and undamaged.
